There’s a new place the Cardiff Food Bank is calling home.
Local volunteer, Cam McKenzie says they are operating out of the back of the post office on Monk Road. The food bank had to close its doors earlier this year.
McKenzie says they will operate under the umbrella of the new Central Food Network in Wilberforce. However, he’s assuring people that any donations made out to Cardiff will still go directly to them.
While they have been helping out some people in the community, the location hasn’t officially opened yet.
