A 61 year old Mississauga man is facing a charge of driving a motor vehicle while impaired by drug.
The suspect was arrested Saturday afternoon on Highway 118 in Minden after Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. received a traffic complaint.
The suspect was taken to the local detachment for further testing.
He will be in provincial court in Minden Hills August 2.
