It’s year ten for the Children’s Water Festival, and while it’s still a couple of months away, they’re putting the call out for volunteers.
The annual event is designed for students in Haliburton County, Muskoka and Kawartha to learn about water quality. The goal is for future generations to have the knowledge now, so water resources for our planet are preserved.
Anyone interested in volunteering for a full day, or a few hours can call Sonja Marx at 705-286-2411.
