A property is being re-zoned in Minden Hills to put up a condo building. The proposal was made by Greystone Construction back in January for the 15 unit condominium. It would be at 9 Newcastle Street, beside the county council building.
A public meeting about the changes to the zoning by-law is being held in the Minden council chambers on June 11. It’s open to anyone, and starts at 9 am.
If you can’t make it, but want to express your support or opposition, you can send a letter to the Township office.
