A new venture from SIRCH Community Services is underway today, and it’s called the Hop on, Hop off bus. From 10am until 6pm every Tuesday until the middle of August, people can take the bus through Haliburton, West Guilford, Carnarvon and Minden.
It will make a few stops in each community and the conductor will tell stories, talk about local history and give some interesting facts along the way.
The cost is 10 dollars for a day pass and each rider gets a bag with information and coupons from local businesses.
