Installing a culvert on Esson Creek didn’t go well for a local hunt camp owner. According to the MNR, an old bridge was removed and the new culvert put in, all without a work permit. They also say the man didn’t have the required sediment measures in place. As a result, he’s facing a $1,500 fine.
