The Haliburton campus of Fleming College is adding a new program, setting it apart from other schools in the province. The new Moving Image Design program is the only 15-week accelerated program of its kind in Ontario. Students will learn to design, create and present time-based art. The program will be offered starting September 2016 and will be taught by industry experts. HSTA instructor and local resident and business owner Tammy Rea created the program.
