The Peterborough OPP has arrested and charged a man for snowmobiling while drinking.
It happened on Fife’s Bay Road in Selwyn Township early Sunday morning.
Police found an Omemee man had been drinking and riding his snowmobile.
As a result, police arrested the 38-year-old, who now faces a charge of operating a motorized snow vehicle over the legal limit.
He is set to appear in a Peterborough Court in February.
