Haliburton Highlands OPP want to send out an important reminder for all…Lock it or lose it!
Over the last week police have responded to numerous reports of thefts from motor vehicles in various areas throughout Haliburton County. A total of five vehicles were entered by unknown suspects. Loose change was stolen from each vehicle.
The OPP would like to remind everyone that when they have parked their vehicles, whether in a parking lot or home driveway, the doors should be locked and valuables should be kept out of sight or removed from the vehicle.
Anyone with Information is asked to call police.
