A man from Coe Hill has been fined $1,500 after hunting wildlife unlawfully.
The male shot a buck illegally, and left the animal in the bush after it was shot.
He contacted an individual to tag the buck for him.
He kept the buck’s head and gave the rest of the deer to the individual.
A search warrant was conducted at the hunters business in Coe Hill where officers seized the illegal deer mount.
