The U-Links Centre for Community-Based Research is encouraging council members to attend the Celebration of Research at Fleming College in Haliburton.
U-Links co-chairman Jim Blake says they get calls from all over the world about research projects.
Since 1999 the company has done 250 research projects with municipalities, businesses and organizations in the county.
This year’s Celebration of Research will run from 1 to 4pm.
