Police have issued an Amber Alert in Orillia after a boy was picked up at an intersection.
Orillia OPP says the boy is described as a white male, between 8-13 years old. He is wearing a dark blue winter coat with neon green accents, matching snow pants, dark winter boots and a winter hat.
Police say the child was seen getting into a newer modeled grey Toyota Sequoia just before 6:00pm this evening at the intersection of West Street South and Bond Street heading southbound on West Street.
The man is described as a white man, 5′ 11”, clean shaven, wearing a dark hat and blue jeans.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police.
