There will be a minimum wage increase for workers in Haliburton County.
On October 1st Ontario will raise the wage from $11.25 to $11.40.
Ontario says that food servers will also get an increase.
This is the tenth minimum wage increase since 2003 keeping Ontario wage the highest in the country.
