It may be officially spring in Haliburton County, but the winter weather is still here.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement because a system is building up in Colorado.
The storm is expected to reach the area late Wednesday through Thursday evening with a total amount of 15 to 30 centimeters of snow.
Although Environment Canada has sent out a weather statement, there is still uncertainty in the exact track of this storm. Even a slight northward or southward shift will affect how much snow Haliburton will get.
