The Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock Conservative MP is disappointed with the federal budget.
Tuesday evening the budget was announced with the Liberal government prepared to borrow billions of taxpayers dollars.
Local MP Jamie Schmale says the budget is filled with broken promises.
Schmale says income splitting for families with children is gone and the limits to tax free saving account is cut in half.
He says this is not what Canadians voted for in the last election.
