An Orillia man has been charged after allegedly posing as a war veteran at various Legion parades.

Orillia OPP report they searched 62-year-old Clayton Donoghue’s home and business on Monday, while following up on the complaints from the Royal Canadain Legion and the Canadian Armed Forces.

While police were searching, they discovered items related to child pornography.

The 62-year-old faces a list of charges including having forged documents, unlawful use of military uniform, obstructing a public officer and accessing and having child pornography.
