Between May 17th, and May 23rd, police laid 123 charges. Officials say these are the results of the campaign charges: · Speeding – 90 · Stunt Driving/Racing- 4 · Careless Driving- 1 · Seatbelt charges – 6 · Suspended Drivers – 9 · Impaired Driving-1 · Three-Day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspensions- 3 · Other Moving violations – 9 They would like to remind the public to be safe behind the wheel. The Haliburton Highlands OPP is thanking the public for reporting unsafe drivers.
