Haliburton Highlands Museum continues to encourage reading

The Haliburton Highlands Museum is thinking about keeping a book nook in the building.

This is because the organization has decided to stop having its annual book sale.

Director of the museum Kate Butler says some people visit just to read the books, so they would like to have them still available to the public.

Deputy Reeve of Dysart et al Andrea Roberts says she is happy to see the attendance has increased at the museum.
