The trails committee of Highlands East is discussing how they will use its budget in 2017.
So far, the group has suggested water trail signage, a portable gas winch, trail head signs and scope trails.
They have also talked about completing the trail at Sucker Lake.
Members say maps and brochures for Sucker Lake and Greens Mountain walking trails are also being discussed.
They will continue to talk about budget planning in October.
