The Haliburton Highlands OPP is now offering you an opportunity to report crimes online.
The Citizen Self Reporting system allows anyone to report crimes from anywhere about any location across the province.
Crimes would include theft, mischief, missing property or driving complaints.
This will save residents having to call or visit the OPP dispatch.
Officials say if you are in an emergency situation you should immediately dial 9-1-1 and never wait to report an incident.
