Residents in Haliburton County are being urged to learn about the adventurous people in the community.
You can do this by attending the Telling Our Stories Speaker series tonight, which is put on by Yours Outdoors.
Owner Barrie Martin says a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Haliburton Highlands Outdoor Association.
Martin says tonight two local people will be sharing their story about climbing a mountain in Argentina.
Its starts at 7:00pm, at the Fish Hatchery.
