Residents in Haliburton will see a new restaurant by spring 2017.
A site has been secured for an A&W.
Manager Sam Wootton says it will be on Country Road 21 at Soyers Lake Road where the Pinestone Resort entrance is.
Wootton says there will also be an Esso Gas Station, and some other small retailers on the same site.
She says the entire project will cost $830,000.
