The Old Recreation Fundraising Committee in Highlands East has finished its project at the Keith Tallman Memorial Arena.
The municipality says the construction finished on October 4th.
There is new rubber flooring, and washroom upgrades in the arena.
Officials say the new flooring allows people to walk with their skates on.
They say the arena ice is now in, and ready for people to use.
