Algonquin Highlands councilor Marlene Kay says Dorset’s Wine, Words, Music and Arts event has been cancelled this year.
Kay told colleagues at last week’s council meeting there wasn’t enough time to make the event successful.
She says the event is popular in drawing crowds from Muskoka. The committee will reassess in the fall to make it bigger and better next year.
