A town in Haliburton County has been noticed for its friendly community

Minden has been ranked the 24^th friendliest community in Canada.

The list was released by Expedia, and it’s based on public reviews in 2015.

Reeve Brent Devolin says he couldn’t be prouder.

Devolin says this could help bring tourism in because Expedia is the top third booking website.

He is encouraging residents to look at the full list to see what other communities are doing that we aren’t.
