The Minden Hills Cultural Centre has received a score of 93 per cent for its customer service.
On August 5th, a mystery shopper went to the business to evaluate it. This is to make sure visitors are having an excellent tourism experience.
The shopper gave the centre a report with insightful comments. The person said the center isn’t that organized, and the signage directing to the various buildings could have been better displayed. The shopper also noted there wasn’t passion in the workers. The person said most of the employees were summer students and lacked the drive they could have had.
The centre will be working towards these items and address the areas where there is room for improvement.
