Haliburton Highlands OPP have arrested four individuals for outstanding warrants among other charges.
Over the past week OPP has focused their efforts on programs that relate to people who are placed back into the community on certain conditions.
The goal of the Offender Management Program and the Crime Abatement Strategy is to eliminate a relapse in criminal behavior.
