The Special Weather Statement for Haliburton County has ended.
Haliburton County will be getting an additional couple of centimetres of snow, before it tapers to scattered flurries this evening.
Environment Canada says gusty winds combined with freshly fallen snow could reduce visibility for drivers. Expect blowing snow in open areas.
Drivers should be prepared for winter driving conditions and adjust plans accordingly. Caution is advised on icy or snow covered roads.
