The Haliburton County Roads Committee wants to reduce the speed limit on a section of County Road 648.
This is located in Wilberforce.
Director of Public Works Craig Douglas says the posted speed limit from the Dark Lake Bridge to Tall Pines Road is 80 kilometres. Douglas is asking council to change it to 60 kilometres.
