A man from Somerville Township is facing charges after driving while impaired.
On Sunday, the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP received a driving complaint. Police say someone reported a vehicle was all over the road on Highway 35 near Rosedale. After an investigation, the driver of the vehicle, a 53-year-old man, was arrested and charged. He is facing a fine for driving while impaired.
The driver will appear in court today.
