A Cardiff man who is allegedly facing charges for having child porn has had his bail hearing postponed to today.
Police say 28-year-old John Allen Belbin was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of possessing child porn, and one count of making it available.
Belbin was expected to appear for a bail hearing in Belleville yesterday, but it has been postponed until 1:00pm today.
The OPP’s investigation into the case is ongoing.
