Turn Your Artwork Into A Stamp

Haliburton artists could have their work featured on a postage stamp. The idea is being pitched by Tourism Director Amanda Virtanen, who says an online photo and design contest will end with one winner. Their work would then be transformed into a stamp.  This is being made possible by a Canada Post option to create your own custom stamp. If it happens, Virtanen will be ordering the winning design and selling it on the Haliburton Highlands website. She will be pitching the idea to council at an upcoming meeting.
