January started off with a lot of bad weather, but the rest of the month could be a little warmer than usual.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says the weather is expected to get a little warmer this week.
Coulson says the average day time high in January is minus 5, which makes it the coldest month of the year in Haliburton County.
