The school is hosting a water bottle money drive, to raise some money to help get clean water in villages in the East African country. Wilberforce grade eight student, Chelsea Flynn, says dirty water is stopping girls from attending classes. //www.myhaliburtonnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Kenya-V1.mp3 Flynn says her class learned about the issue from an organization called Me to We, which encourages people to help change the world. Plastic water bottles are in the school and in stores around Wilberforce for you to put donations in. The fundraiser ends on March 9th.
