A Cardiff man facing child porn charges has broken his recognizance order. The OPP says John Allen Belbin was charged in December with two counts of possessing child porn, and one of making it available.
Belbin was released on a recognizance order as well, but broke the conditions. The Belleville Court says Belbin will now have to remain in custody until his next court appearance is on February 9th.
