Dysart is hearing another request for money today. The Recreation Advisory Committee will be at today’s budget meeting, asking for two-thousand dollars. That’s $600 more than they got last year, partly because they want to do a volunteer appreciation night in April. The final budget numbers haven’t been decided on yet, but council has heard multiple requests for cash. That includes the Fire Department, which is requesting $510,000, and the Rails End Gallery, which asked for $50,000.
