Downtown Haliburton is about to get a little bit brighter. The Village BIA is hosting a window decorating contest, for anyone with a window, veranda, or outdoor space to take part it in. The windows should be decorated to follow the theme of the beauty of spring.
The BIA says it’s a great way to brighten up the downtown and have a friendly competition. The judges are non BIA personnel to keep it fair, and there will be a first, second, and third place prize which will be announced at the beginning of May.
Judging will happen on May 19th.
