Haliburton Highlands Health Services is helping local seniors with mobility. Fall prevention exercise courses are being offered, to help seniors stay healthy and active. The classes focus on balance, strength, and mobility, and seniors can attend for free.
The classes run in Haliburton on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00am in the Ruth Parks Room of the Haliburton Hospital and begin at the end of July.
