The Haliburton Rotary Club is raising money with a community dinner this weekend.

The club is hosting its third annual “Lobsterfest” Saturday, which raises money for things its lottery doesn’t cover.

President Richard Van Nood says one example is the skateboard park

Lottery proceeds from their annual car draw can only be given to community service organizations, such as the hospital and pregnancy centre.

Van Nood says lobster will be served up, along with other dishes and live entertainment

Dinner is $65 per person and it will be at the Haliburton Curling Club starting at 6:00 P.M.

You can get tickets to “Lobsterfest” by calling 705-457-2715.
