Minden Hills waiving building permit fees for properties affected by May’s flood

Minden Hills Township is waiving fees for building permits for properties affected by last month’s flood.

The fees will be waived until further notice according to a release from the township.

However, if you are planning to renovate, rebuild, or demolish any property you own, you still need to apply for a permit.
