News A 23-year-old woman facing seven charges after being pulled over by the O.P.P. SHARE ON: Kenny Trenton, contributor, Wednesday, Jul. 12th, 2017 A woman faces more than a speeding fine after being pulled over by police Wednesday morning. She was pulled over on Highway 35 in Minden. The 23 year old from Selwyn Township was flagged by Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. for speeding and when she was stopped, the officer determined she had been drinking. The officer also found suspected marijuana in the car as well. The woman is facing seven charges. Four charges are related to impaired driving, two are for possession of a schedule two substance, and one for speeding. She will be in court in Minden September 6.
