Haliburton Highlands Health Services is adding two to three part time physicians to the emergency room.
H.H.H.S. President and C.E.O. Carolyn Plummer says the physicians will be in the Haliburton and Minden hospitals for the summer.
Plummer is hopeful they will want to stay beyond the summer.
She also mentions doctor recruitment is a team effort.
Plummer will be in Kingston next month at a physician recruiting event.
