Dysart et al’s Municipal Bylaw Enforcement Officer says people are not getting the message.
Kristin Boylan says she still sees people not leashing their dogs, which is against municipal laws.
Boylan gives an example of a dog owner she had to remind of the bylaws.
She adds fines can stack up if you are caught with fido off his or her leash.
Boylan adds her preference is to educate dog owners before fining them.
