The Heat Bank of Haliburton County is looking for volunteers in Highland Grove tomorrow.
The heat bank is looking for help in cutting, splitting and stacking donated wood.
While the heat back is happy to have as much help as possible, it can especially use certified chainsaw operators to cut the donated logs.
The heat bank will having its Highland Grove Wood Splitting Day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at its wood depot behind the fire hall.
The wood is then distributed to residents who are in need.
