Dysart et al is getting some feedback on Haliburton Village’s downtown core.

The municipality took part in a provincial initiative being put on by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

The First Impressions Community Exchange program saw visitors from Georgian Bay Township come to downtown Haliburton and give their feedback.

The Haliburton Business Improvement Association oversaw the exchange and says most of the impressions were favourable.

Campbell says the visitors would like a central area to find information about what’s happening in Haliburton.

As part of the exchange, Campbell and a delegation toured Georgian Bay and shared their impressions with that township.
