A man from Minden Hills has to answer for a drunk driving charge next month.
The Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. got a traffic complaint Friday and found the vehicle sometime after 10:00 p.m..
He was found on County Road 21 in Dysart et al.
After chatting with the 59-year-old driver, officers determined he had been drinking.
He was charged with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
His court date will be November 1st.
