The Dysart et al Fire Department wants to remind people no daytime burning is allowed.

Daytime burning will be allowed county-wide starting November 1st.

Anyone caught during the day could be fined a minimum of $510.

Dysart Fire Chief Mike Isles has some tips if you plan on torching anything.

Isles also says once daytime burning is allowed, the same rules apply as if it were nighttime.

Isles adds if a fire causes damage and you are deemed responsible, you will also be billed $450 each hour the fire department is on the scene.
