A 29-year-old man is facing three charges after being pulled over by Kawartha Lakes O.P.P.
The man pulled up to a check stop on Kawartha Lakes Road Eight just east of Fenelon Falls just before midnight on Saturday.
He was charged with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit, and driving with alcohol readily available.
He will be in court on November 23rd.
