People in Haliburton County are coming together to help address youth suicide.
The Point in Time Centre for Children, Youth and Parents had a suicide awareness forum at the Haliburton Legion recently.
Point in Time Executive Director Marg Cox says she wanted to start a conversation around suicide prevention after hearing from concerned parents.
Cox also says there are some warning signs to be aware of if someone is thinking about suicide.

Haliburton Highlands Health Services as well as the O.P.P. had representatives speaking at the forum.
Cox says based on the crowd of approximately 50 people coming to the forum, she expects there will be more in the future.
