Minden Hills on track to finish 2017 with a surplus

The Township of Minden Hills is on track for a financial surplus.

That’s according to a financial report shown to council stating that Minden is on track to finish 2017 with an extra $42,900.

Should the township finish in the black, council will be adding the money to its capital project reserve.

Mayor Brent Devolin praised C.A.O. and Treasurer Laurie Blanchard for keeping the books balanced.
