News Minden Hills on track to finish 2017 with a surplus SHARE ON: Kenny Trenton, contributor, Thursday, Nov. 9th, 2017 The Township of Minden Hills is on track for a financial surplus. That’s according to a financial report shown to council stating that Minden is on track to finish 2017 with an extra $42,900. Should the township finish in the black, council will be adding the money to its capital project reserve.
